On April 9, 2026, the Department of Epidemiology participated in the "Oun Ai Songkran: San Sai Yai Ratchaphruek" event. The ceremony included paying homage to the Guardian Spirit Shrine and paying royal tribute to the monument of Prince Mahidol of Songkla.
The event featured a series of traditional activities, including Buddhist prayers and merit-making rites, the bathing of the Phra Phuttha Mahidol Mongkhon Panyayan Buddha image, and the Rod Nam Dam Hua ceremony to seek blessings from senior faculty members and staff.

On Monday, January 26, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, the Department of Epidemiology attended the congratulatory ceremony for the Royal Appointment to the academic rank of "Professor." We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Professor Dr. Arphaporn Powwattana, Associate Dean for Human Capital Development and faculty member of the Department of Public Health Nursing, on this prestigious occasion. The event was held at the Pittaya Jarupoonphol Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Thepnom Muangman Building (Building 5), Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University.
On Friday, December 26, 2025, the Department of Epidemiology participated in a merit-making and alms-offering ceremony to welcome the 2026 New Year.
